Refunds & Returns Policy

Mona Henao Popart unfortunately does not accept refunds or returns for change of mind due to all of our canvas prints being manufactured on demand specifically for the customer. This also applies to original and unique hand-painted workarts, because this pieces are very carefully prepared and packed on the demand of the customer.

However, if for any reason you would like to return or change a garment, depending on the reason we will work with you to make it possible. The garment must be in the exact same condition on which you received it, meaning with all the tags on, no perfum scents, no deodorant marks, unwashed. Please contact us at info@monahenao.com.

Before placing an order on this website, please be aware that at Mona Henao Popart we have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. However we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate, and that photography of original and unique hand-painted workarts will show 100% accurate color, due to possible slight affectations from lighting in photography.

Due to the above, Mona Henao Popart does not accept refunds or returns for slight color variations from the pictures displayed on the site.

Damages and/or mistakes

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediatly if the item is damaged, partly incomplete or if you receive a different artwork than the one you ordered. Please provide photo evidence. Mistakes made by us will be fixed and replaced at our cost. In the extremely rare case that this occurs, contact us immediatly by e-mail at info@monahenao.com
